This Privacy Policy explains how ThunderBar, operated by INWEBPRO, collects and processes personal data when you use our website and search service, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Legal basis for processing
We process account and billing data to perform our contract with you. We process store catalog data and search queries based on your instruction (as our customer) to provide the search service. Where we contact you about the service, we rely on legitimate interest or your consent.
3. How long we keep data
Account and billing data is kept for as long as your account is active, plus any period required by law (e.g. invoicing records). Store catalog data is refreshed or removed when you disconnect a store. Search query logs used for analytics are retained for a limited period to keep the "no-result searches" reports useful, then rotated out.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) strictly to operate the service, under appropriate data processing terms. We do not share your store's catalog data with other customers.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@thunderbar.io. We will respond within one month.
6. Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you logged in and remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we encourage using a strong, unique password for your account.
8. International transfers
Our infrastructure is hosted within the EU. If this changes, we will update this policy and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
