These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ThunderBar, a hosted search service operated by INWEBPRO ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using ThunderBar, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ThunderBar provides hybrid keyword and AI-powered search for e-commerce stores (currently OpenCart, with WooCommerce and others planned). You connect your store via a plugin or API key; we index your product catalog and serve search results to your storefront.

2. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect an API key has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

  • You may only index catalog data you own or are authorized to use.
  • You may not use the service to index or serve unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exceed reasonable use of the service's infrastructure.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Product limits and sync frequency depend on your plan. We may suspend service if payment fails after reasonable notice. You can cancel at any time; no refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. Data and content

You retain ownership of your product catalog data. We process it solely to provide the search service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and infrastructure issues may occasionally affect uptime.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
